Custom Service

If you would like to be involved in the planning of your event but would like help in some areas, let's look at the services that best meet your needs, Exsiting Creations manages your time line, streamline the communication with your team of preferred vendors, and is your day of event manager,  from set up to breakdown, staffed with an event manager and 1 to 2 event coordinators.

Full Service

If you would like to be involved, however your time is limited, Exsiting Creations offers full scale planning that includes, budget creation timeline management, RSVP tracking, theme design and décor concept, point of contact for all event vendors (you only work with EC, information is streamlined to you), assistance with menu selection, venue layout, assistance with seating chart, day of event manager with 1 - 2 event coordinators.

Limited Service

You have done it all, but need to have someone manage the day, Exsiting Creations steps in 90 days before the event and works with you  and your team of preferred vendors to ensure the event runs according to your vision. We manage the event from set up to breakdown, staffed with an event manager and 1 to 2 event coordinators.

Meeting and Conference Planning - Your meeting will be stress free when Exsiting Creations is on part of your planning team. From site selection to creating a hassle free registration process and reserving room blocks, we handle it all for you. We will work with you on all the details and oversee the onsite logistics during the full meeting / conference to assure a smooth operation. Some services included in our conference and meeting planning are:

  • Site selection

  • Manage hotel logistics 

  • Liaison for all event vendors

  • Transportation management

  • Work with A/V and Production team 

  • Work with staff on presenter room schedule

  • Green room/Hospitality Suite set up
